We are thrilled to have linked up with Duncan Wallace to help us to deliver leadership interventions going forward.
Some of you will already be familiar with Duncan; a qualified coach and Organisation Development consultant with a wealth of experience in our area. (Read more about Duncan’s work here.)
We will pilot two streams of leadership work in early 2019, with the hope to incorporate these into our ongoing support to members.
- Action Learning Sets, These will take place directly after Forum meetings (7th Mar, 2nd Apr and two further dates TBC) and you must be able to commit to at least three of these dates.
- Mentoring.

Please make sure to read the information to get a feel if this would be useful for your organisation. These opportunities are ONLY available to member organisations. The cost will be covered for the Action Learning sets and a subsidised scale applied to mentoring.
It is possible to allocate another appropriate representative of your organisation for the Action Learning sets, but due to the cost and strategic level, the mentoring is only for CEO and similar level.
